Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (including APO/FPO addresses where USPS delivers).
Processing time Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). During launches, sales and holidays this can take a little longer.
Delivery time Once shipped, orders travel with USPS and usually arrive within 2–4 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of ordering. Delivery dates shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
- Free US shipping on orders of 2 or more kits.
- Single-kit orders: the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. You can also track your order at [yourdomain].com/apps/parcelpanel.
Subscription refills Refills follow the same processing and delivery times. We ship each refill shortly after it's billed, so it arrives before you run out.
Address accuracy Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, or it went unclaimed, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address; reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or damaged packages See "Damaged, defective, wrong or lost orders" in our Refund Policy. We'll make it right.
