Cancellation policy
How your subscription works When you choose Subscribe at checkout, you agree to these automatic renewal terms:
- What you get: 1 Week Before Kit (Cycle Support + Calm Magnesium) per refill.
- Price: $48.99 per refill, plus applicable taxes and any shipping shown at checkout. We'll tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
- When you're charged: your first order is charged at checkout. Your first refill is charged on the date shown on the product page and in your confirmation email: about 30 days later if you bought 1 kit, 60 days if you bought 2, or 90 days if you bought 3, so you never pay for a refill before you need it. After that, you're charged every 30 days.
- How long it lasts: your subscription continues until you cancel. There's no minimum commitment.
- Reminders: we email you a few days before every refill is charged.
How to cancel, skip or pause
- Online, anytime: sign in at tryevenwell.com/account → Subscriptions → Cancel, Skip or Pause. It takes about a minute, and no call is needed.
- By email: help@tryevenwell.com with your name and order number.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Your cancellation is confirmed by email. If you cancel later than that, the cancellation applies from the following refill.
Refunds on subscriptions Your first order is covered by the 3-Cycle Promise. Refills already charged are not refundable, unless they arrived damaged, defective or wrong (see our Refund Policy). If you were charged after you had already cancelled, contact us and we'll refund it.
Keeping your payment details current You can update your card and address anytime in your account. If a payment fails, we'll try again over the next few days and email you. If it keeps failing, your subscription may be paused.
