By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them (Refund, Shipping, Subscription & Cancellation, and Privacy). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here; changes apply to orders placed after the update.
Our store runs on Shopify, which processes transactions on our behalf.
1. Eligibility and use of the Site You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us. You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security, to scrape or copy it without permission, or to upload harmful code. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed for resale.
2. Not medical advice Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Talk to your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive, take medication (including hormonal birth control), or have a medical condition, including a hormone-sensitive or liver condition. Do not use if you are under 18. Read the full label and warnings before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
3. Products, pricing and availability We try to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change prices, limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. If an order was placed at a price that was clearly wrong, we may cancel it and refund you.
4. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues); if we do, you'll be fully refunded.
5. Payment By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method, and you authorise us (through Shopify and our payment providers) to charge it for your order and, if you subscribe, for each refill under the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
6. Subscriptions (automatic renewal) Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The price, how often you're charged, when your first refill is charged, and how to cancel are shown before you buy and set out in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can cancel online at any time.
7. Shipping, title and risk We ship to the United States only. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. Our Shipping Policy has the details.
8. Refunds Our Refund Policy (including the 3-Cycle Promise) forms part of these Terms.
9. Reviews and submissions If you send us a review, photo, comment or idea, you confirm it's your honest experience and yours to share, and you give us permission to use, edit and display it in connection with Evenwell. If you received a product free or a discount for reviewing, you agree to say so in your review.
10. Intellectual property All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Evenwell or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
11. Third-party links and tools The Site may link to or use third-party services (for example payment, shipping, subscription and review apps). We aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.
12. Disclaimer of warranties To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and products are provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms and on the product label, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise any particular health result.
13. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, Evenwell won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity You agree to cover any loss or claim against Evenwell caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
